John Hiatt and his band played at the Boston common in Boston, ma last night. The band was consisting of his father, tony, his brother, ethan, and their band leader, adam. John s new album the heretic was released in and he took to the stage to begin his set. The band played "the weight, " keeping the audience engaged until the final beat of the song. Hiatt s voice is powerful and his lyrics are powerful. The band was able to create a great atmosphere with their high quality sound. I can only imagine the level of pleasure and excitement that the fans were in attendance at the common.
John Hiatt's concert in Boston was an amazing experience. He was passionate and well- intersected in his songwriting with his donation of time and energy to the community. He was warm and welcoming and my favorite moment was when he joined the band and they played "the weight" for the first time.
